FAQ
Common questions.
Is it phone or video?
Zoom audio only. No camera needed. It feels like a phone call, but through Zoom so you don't need to share your number.
Should I send anything before the call?
You don't have to, but it can help. If you want to reference a specific letter or a list of debts, have it open on your screen or a copy to hand. There's no formal document you need to complete.
Is the call recorded?
No. Nothing is recorded. What you say stays between us.
Can I bring someone else on the call with me?
Yes, if they're a family member, a partner sharing the situation, or a friend. Just let us know in the booking notes so we can expect them.
What if the 60 minutes isn't enough?
If you've got a caseload that needs ongoing work, Full Support is the right shape. It's priced per case after a free scoping call.
